1. Warranty Coverage Durations
- Premium MacBooks & High-End Workstations (₦200,000+): Full 30-day comprehensive hardware testing warranty.
- Budget Laptops & Certified Pre-Owned Units (Under ₦200,000): 7 to 14 days direct replacement/repair testing period.
- Acoustic Speakers & High-Capacity Power Accessories: 7 days testing warranty for manufacturer defects.
2. What Is Covered
- Internal motherboard, CPU, GPU, or RAM component failure.
- Display backlight or panel failure not resulting from physical impact.
- Keyboard, trackpad, and biometric sensor defects present upon initial inspection.
- Storage drive (SSD/HDD) read/write failure within testing duration.
3. What Is Excluded
- Physical damage, screen cracking, drop impacts, or bent chassis.
- Liquid spill, water immersion, or high-humidity corrosion.
- Electrical surge damage resulting from ungrounded power outlets or incompatible third-party chargers.
- Tampering with or removal of the internal Eminencee warranty seal.
- Operating system bricking caused by experimental third-party BIOS/firmware flashing.
